TELEHEALTH PERSONAL MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Sometimes it can be more helpful to work on a problem individually instead of in a class setting. Dr. Sara offers personal mindfulness sessions over video for individuals, couples and families. Sessions begin with a careful assessment of your values, strengths, challenges and goals. You will receive psycho-education about your particular challenges (e.g., insomnia, rumination), and research-based information about how mindfulness can help you. Dr. Sara will guide you through a series of practical and applied mindfulness practices targeting your goals. After the session, you will receive an audio-recorded playlist of the mindfulness practices that have been created & recorded solely for you. This supports skills practice between sessions to facilitate faster improvement.

One Personal Mindfulness Session - 75 minutes: $160

Three Personal Mindfulness Sessions - 75 minutes each: $425 total

One Couple/Family Mindfulness Session - 75 minutes: $225
